The Story Behind Barnama
From planning for others to building Barnama
It started long before Barnama had its name.
From an early age, I enjoyed bringing people together, planning details and making things happen. Family celebrations, concerts, conferences and weddings naturally became part of my life. I soon discovered that what I enjoyed most was what happens behind the scenes – taking an idea and turning it into an experience.
Over time, that passion became a profession. I trained as a Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) and founded Barnama with a simple idea: when people come together, someone should take care of the whole picture.
But my greatest teacher has been the journey.
I have cycled through 33 countries across four continents and more than 27,000 kilometres. Along the way, I have met people, experienced cultures and faced situations that cannot always be planned for. It has taught me to be thorough when possible – and flexible when necessary.
That is also how I run Barnama.
